Adult Community Support Worker
We are currently recruiting support workers in the Neath and Swansea areas.
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing community support to young adults who require additional help and support with social inclusion and community involvement. Ideally you will have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, physical illness and/ or mental health issues.
The support can be challenging however extremely rewarding. You can choose from a wide range of shifts from days, mornings, afternoons and evenings.
We require you to work on a flexible basis fulltime or part-time and you must have had at least 6 months paid or 12 months voluntary experience in a similar setting.
Family Support Wales offer mandatory training and the opportunity to work on a flexible basis in a supported environment. We pay on a weekly basis and offer a competitive hourly rate.
