Domiciliary CareDomiciliary care refers to the range of services put in place to support an individual in their own home. Provided to those that require additional support with day to day household tasks, day care and support, personal care or any other activity that allows them to maintain their quality of life and independent living.

We provide ongoing support that’s completely built around your needs and routines. FSW offers a comprehensive assessment and monitoring process to ensure a quality service delivery.

Many individuals who are opting for domiciliary care – otherwise known as care at home – because it puts them back in control of the support they receive. With one-to-one or two-to-one personal attention, from 2 hours per session a week and up to all day care and support and overnight care and support, our care plans are completely built around you. You can even opt for a live-in carer living with you at home to provide 24 hour care.

FSW also supports individuals to engage in activities and social events in the community. Our aim is to encourage and promote social inclusion in a friendly and safe way that will help develop meaningful lifelong community links.
