Family Support Wales works in partnership with the various industry regulators to ensure we offer the best possible service. Our staff are recruited to a high standard and will be DBS and reference checked. Every staff member is trained to ensure they have the right skills to adapt to challenges they may encounter while delivering community support.
Our manager is registered with Social Care Wales, NVQ 5 and ILM 5 qualified and with 20 years experience working for children services, fostering services, youth offending services and private sector agencies.
During the nature of the services we offer we are required to have public liability, Professional Indemnity and Employers Liability insurance in place. This offers peace of mind in respect of accidents and problems that sadly can occur as part of everyday working life.
